The Tarkenton Hide-Away

We live at 263 Summit Drive in Bailey, Colorado. Click here for directions and maps. The house is a two-story, 2200 square foot abode with beautiful views of the mountains of central Colorado. It sits on 2.5 acres in an area that is the fully built. Mt. Evans (14,265 ft) is just to the northwest and is the major weather-maker for us. The lot faces south providing us with lots of passive solar heating and also means the snow melts pretty quickly. The air is thin at 9,000 feet above sea level, but it is also crisp, clear and beautiful.
